Parallel to finishing her PhD in epidemiology and health systems management at the University of Basel, Anna also studied medicine and conducted research at Harvard and University of Zurich medical schools. Guénolé has a diverse background in anesthesiology, emergency medicine and human performance. His contributions to the longevity community reflect his vision for a world where longevity aligns with optimal health, a place where every heartbeat resonates with a life well-lived. Motivated by a desire to redefine the nexus of longevity and healthcare, Guénolé lives by his motto, “Chaque jour compte” – every day counts, emphasizing that health is a continuous journey, not merely a destination. As a medical doctor, he leverages his knowledge to transcend traditional medical practices by integrating advanced genetic testing, biological age assessments, blood biomarkers, and biohacking devices into tailor-made health optimization plans. His approach is focused on prevention and empowerment, aiming to shift the healthcare paradigm from disease treatment to proactive health management, guiding individuals in taking charge of their well-being. Beyond the white coat, he is an aspiring jazz pianist, a big fan of mountaineering and rock climbing, and a sailor, who thrives on the adventurous winds of competitions like the “Vendée Globe”. Why? Because purpose and passion are essential ingredients for longevity!
